Where does Adoration live?

This 5-week meditation and contemplation is an exercise in learning how to develop your understanding of your personal truth about Adoration and to develop your own personal Form of Adoration. Learning to reconnect with the adoration of life that exists within every being and can be elusive to in our day to day journey. Learning from our inner core selves about what is important helps to develop a strong sense of value and worth.

May these meditations and contemplations help you to find a deeper sense oflove in your life.

Part I 1st Trinity of the Mind of Love – 8th Thread

Mystery Visions Reasons of Love

  • The Mystery is the Void.
  • The Void is the place where all Life Matter awaits
  • Unification with all like Matter.

Mystery is the colors of blue and red which form purple, mulberry and pink when Unity occurs as complete.

Mystery is the more feminine encounter of wholeness and is considered to be the Womb of Life, where Spirit and Matter meet in Co-creation.

Mystery is patient, waits, ponders and realizes1 the Visions of Love's Dream.
Mystery is receptive.
Mystery islike a bowl, seed and crevice2

Deep within the woods lives a tenderness. A tenderness that is not easily reached by the scattered and obstructed thought.

To reach this place 'deep within the forest,' one must be Keen in Sense and Aware in Thought.

Be careful in your desire to play within the woods, for the Mystery of all life lives freely here.

Here, deep within the woods, All Life is Honored as SACRED. The sacred is not just a fleeting thought, but is a way of Being.

The Sacred is not just a fleeting Thought, But IS a way of Being.

All senses and Aspects are complete within the Mystery of the Woods. Life is free, and boundaries are set, honored and respected. Domestication is not of One sort, but rather is a common Agreement of versatility of all peoples of the forest.

So, it is that the Hawk flies by day while Owl sleeps in the hole of the tree. And it is that at night Owl flies while Hawk is guardian of the nest.

Geese are the guardians of the river as they play and scout in large numbers on the wave of the flowing river. And, nested in the brush of willow, the deer, doe and fawn, are quietly hidden from plain sight, aware of surrounding by the call of geese.

Granite rock, pristine3 mineral and crystallized forms bring nutrients and energy to the water and dirt while Father Sun rays down warmth.

Unison is met and life flourishes in peaceful abundance as life is seeded, tended and loved.

Great Mother Mystery uses every part of herself to replenish her children. She does this through the warming heart rays of Father Sun, husband, partner, spouse. Together they are the warmth, shelter, comfort of the womb of existence, the Reason that Visions Love.

**ETERNAL ASPECTS**
  1. Unified Divine Human Quality: Gratitude (Aspect - Image to Love 'Imagination')

Eternal Aspects in Imagination as Gratitude create Images of Love.
Gratitude is the Image to Love.

Living life in Unity occurs here deep within the Eternal Aspects of Life. Partnership on every level creates Ego/Soul Unification. From this Unification all life and creation are birthed in the Wisdom's Truth as Powerful Thoughts of Co-creation. Deep within the soft caverns of Spiritual Earth and deep recesses of Cosmic Spirit, mental, emotional and physical existence gives way to a Co-creation of New Form, And new life is Co-created, Enspirited Matter/Enmattered Spirit, is Ensouled.

Eternal Aspects:

  • Work
  • Friends
  • Vehicle
  • Family
  • Home
  • Partnership

..... are unified as the Ego/Soul in Unity and are found in different order arrangements.

Unity is the union of Ego/Soul. A union in Partnership which continually and mysteriously provides in the ever-Eternal expansion of Eternal Aspects from which to grow. From this Wisdom, daily learning about the common and uncommon Love in Great Mystery just happens. And from this simple Gratitude of Living the Sacred in the Sacred, Life happens as Happiness.

Within the Sacred, the arrogant must be very careful in asking to cross, pass through the forest. For Mother Earth, Great Mystery, the Womb of Life, takes great effort to protect that which has been named SACRED. It takes great effort to unclaim the Sacred, if not impossible, because these forms are created from the very Images of Gratitude, unified Thought and Emotion into physical form.

The Sacred is Matter in form.

Matter in form sustains the memory of existence through "Thought" forms of Cherishment. Matter's Thought forms are maintained in the smallest part and particle, which include part and particle of Thought.

_Our Thoughts of Empathetic Compassion are most valuable in the Co-creation of New World Memories of Peaceful Ease.

Thoughts of Empathetic Compassion bring the Heart to Cherishment through the expressions of Gratitude.

INTENTION
3. Descending Divine Quality: Genuine (Intention - Dream for Love)

The Genuine Dream For Love is the Intention of Great Mystery. Authenticity, pure experience and deep resonance are all Characteristics which define the Mystery's Matter of existence. The realness that is so Absolute and Authentic.

This is the place from which the Sacred Birthed Eternal Devotion, where "all" emanates from. Following the path of the Genuine Self is a conversation with Great Mystery which moves us beyond Courage and requires all our heart.

QUALITY
4. Ascending Human Quality: Grateful (Quality- Dreamer from Love)

The heart of the Grateful is the Quality of the Dreamer from Love. The open heart, the freedom of breath, the Allowance of Authenticity, the Being in completeness.

The Grateful, this is the Dreamer From Love. Finding one's own sense of rightness within; Being in step, in breath, in tune, helps in the blending of self and other without concession of self or other.

This requires a kind of Consciousness that simply requires Humility, Moderation, and Compassion. It requires hearing the sound of 'self and Being glad to be Alive. It requires hearing the sound of the 'other' and Being glad to be Alive.

The Grateful Heart is a heart that is complete in complexity and simplicity and glad to be alive.

The Grateful Heart is a heart of Empathetic Compassion which breathes Happiness through the Universe in a breath in of Gratitude and a breath out of Gratitude.

The Grateful Heart Honors Being as SACRED through the Limitless, Infinite, Eternity in Delightful Devotion of Peaceful Ease.

Daily 4 Breaths Meditation -

WE use the 4-body's method of clearing, cleansing and renewing the bodies.

  1. First breath of the Mind Body - Mind of Love.
    a. Place tongue on the roof of the mouth.
    b. Breathe in through the nose and out the nose.
    c. Clearing, cleansing and emptying the mind of thought and distraction.

  2. Second breath the breath of the Physical Body - Compassion of the Compassionate.
    a. Breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose.
    b. Clearing, cleansing the organs and structures of the physical form.

  3. Third breath the breath of the Emotional Body the Co-Operation of Joy.
    a. Place tongue on the roof of the mouth.
    b. Breathe in through the nose and out the nose.
    c. Expand the stomach and allow breath to fill in the inhale and expel on exhale.
    d. Clearing and cleansing the emotions which are directly related to the cellular system and skin.

  4. Fourth breath, the Unified Bodies of Presence.
    a. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth in an 'Awe'.
    b. This is the practice of presence.

  5. End mediation with 4th breath 7x's in an OM being the Creation of Form from light to light.

Instructions

Read Part 1. Think about how each segment speaks to the other and shares something personal about itself. Like the Thread talks about the quality of relationships in friendship to the people of the forest. Or the Awareness has an intention and willingness to be creative. Look and take notes about the relationships of each of the segments within part #1.

Secondly practice the 4 breaths. Take time to consciously think about the connections of breath, do this for a few days and notice how you feel.

Thirdly, contact your sponsor, together choose a day to begin your 5-week meditation/contemplation.

Exercise:

Meditation/Contemplation - Use 4 Breaths Mediation - Set aside 30 minutes to be silent.

1st Breath -Asleep/Awake

Breath In through the nose out through the nose, tongue on the roof of mouth.
Clearing the mind of distraction and thought.

Asleep/ Awake. What am I and where does my consciousness live?
Clarity of the mind begins with clarity of sight. How well do I see?

Take a breath and relax the mind. Breath in through the nose and out through the nose. Experience the cool breath move from the nose to the top of the head.

Allow body to relax and in silent attention allow the rest of the body to let go and just breath for 5 minutes.

2nd Breath - Movement

Breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose, tongue in free form. Experience the cool breath move through the throat and fill the lungs. Experience with widening of the channels of the passage ways of air.

Physical body awakens to the gentle breaths of compassion. Compassionately breathing.
Compassionately allowing time and space to create time and spaces for your life.

See each part and particle of your life coming together like a puzzle. Unity all parts work well together. All parts revived in health and well-being.

Allow body to relax and in silent attention bring body to a uniform sitting position where the spine, neck and head are straight, the lower back is upright as is you are sitting on a tennis ball, your crossed legs create a triangle which creates the balance of unity. Your shoulders are dropped and your hand are cupped nicely in your lap.

Now breathe for 5 minutes. With each breath in notice the tight spaces, in each breath out adjust form for the development of strength by elongating (making long the spine by lifting the head off the shoulders and relaxing the shoulders so that they fall ever so gently.

3rd Breath - Formation (Prayer)

Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose, tongue on roof or the mouth. Expanding knowing and unknowing. Take a breath in expanding the belly in gratitude for life. Exhale bringing the muscles of the belly close in to tough the back of the spine. This is the exhale of cherishment. Sharing the love within with the breath of the love outside of us.

Breath for s minutes. Inhaling gratitude, exhaling cherishment. Honoring Joy.

4th Breath -Adoration in Form (Co-Creation)

Breath in through the nose with tongue on roof of mouth and breathe out through the mouth. Open mouth, relax tongue in an AWE.

All bodies are clear of interference, now co-create in adoration.

Adoration is what I create through every eternal aspect of my life.

Daily Exercise: Week ONE

Meditation/Contemplation - Use 4 Breaths Mediation - Set aside 30 minutes to be silent.

1st Breath-Asleep/Awake

Breath In through the nose out through the nose, tongue on the roof of mouth.
Clearing the mind of distraction and thought.

Asleep/ Awake. What am I and where does my consciousness live?
Clarity of the mind begins with clarity of sight. How well do I see?

Take a breath and relax the mind. Breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Experience the cool breath move from the nose to the top of the head.
